Using a screen all day is hard on your body and confusing to your nervous system. By engaging differently with the screen and with others on the call, you can prime yourself for calm and connection. Knowing you can access this state increases ease, resilience and stamina for virtual meetings.
What to expect:
We will practice simple techniques to make video calls easier on the eyes and nervous system, and learn why they work. We will build on these skills to improve your ergonomics in any setup. Some classes will include the option to stay on the call after the class for individualized attention to ergonomics.
